Minimum is 0.05 CBM for all shipments.
Packages below 0.05 CBM must be sent to the consolidation warehouse to reduce the risk of loss or delays.

Always inform your supplier of these restrictions before shipping goods to the BCL warehouse.
- Lithium batteries and power banks
- Flammable items, including perfumes and lighters
- White powdered substances without an MSDS
- Weapons, ammunition and replicas
- Counterfeit or unbranded pharmaceutical products
Allowed with additional requirements
- They attract extra duty.
- They must be dismantled before shipping.
- Full details are required: chassis number, engine number, brand, year, dimensions and pictures.
Chassis number requirement: The chassis number must be exactly 17 alphanumeric characters. Incorrect chassis numbers will incur a penalty, and the customer will be responsible.
Use the consolidation warehouse
- Consolidation ensures better coordination and faster updates.
- Packages that are not consolidated have no guarantee or daily updates.
Identify every package correctly
- Write the BCL code boldly on the package. Do not use the customer's name.
- A package without a BCL code will be rejected.
- Collect the warehouse receipt after delivery.
Collect within five days
Large goods receive faster handling. Storage fees apply after five days in Ghana at US$1 per CBM per day.
Protect the full value
Insurance costs 10% of the goods value and provides 100% compensation. It must be paid on the same day the goods arrive in China.
Without insurance: compensation is limited to twice the shipping fee.
Check your goods before leaving the warehouse
All complaints must be made at the warehouse on the same day and before departure. Once the customer leaves the warehouse, no complaint will be accepted.

China: Monday–Saturday, 9:30am–6:00pm
Ghana: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM–2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Late arrival may mean you cannot receive your goods that day.
